Our journey
At the start we had enthusiasm, spreadsheets, and a very incomplete understanding of reality. Once projects began, reality showed up fast: costs moved, timelines slipped, and assumptions broke once walls came down.
Those lessons shaped how we operate today: tighter due diligence, clearer sequencing, better teams, and a much stronger focus on downside protection. Raising private capital forced us to operate at a higher standard, with clearer numbers and consistent delivery.
